From the homepage - enter your search criteria, which can be any of the following:

i.  the name of the entity
ii.  the DUNS number
iii.  or the ACN number

(i) If searching by name, you can search by either “exact” or “sounds like”. Exact name search lists entities that contain the string searched on in their name. Sounds like search lists entities with similar matching names.

The results list will display the suburb and postcode of the registered office as well as the DUNS number for each entity

To view the company details of the entity you are interested in, simply click on the name of that entity. Details provided include:

 - Australian Business Number
 - Registered Name
 - Trading Style
 - Trading Address
 - ACN
 - Legal Structure
 - D-U-N-SŪ number

ii) or (iii) If searching by the DUNS number or ACN, the number must be an exact match to the number of the entity you are searching for. Once you click on search you will be taken straight to the company details page.

Ordering a Company Check

Direct from the company details screen you can place an order for a Company Check, which will provide you with the following information to assist with your credit decisions:

 - Legal verification of the company
 - Daily updates of public filings
 - Collections
 - Court Actions
 - Registered Charges
 - Line of Business
 - the predictive Dynamic Delinquency Score (DDS)
 - Complete, freshly updated ASIC extract

To order this report, simply click on Purchase Company Check to be taken through to the Your Order page. At this point you will need to read and accept the standard terms and conditions and then verify the order details prior to proceeding to the Payment Details page. To complete your order, simply complete each of the required payment fields and then click process payment.

Your Company Check will then automatically be delivered to you on screen along with your receipt.
